Cheesy Pulled Beef

12 oz beef, boneless
​1 cup of water
½ cup cream
​1 teaspoon butter
1 teaspoon salt
​4 oz Parmesan, grated
1 teaspoon tomato paste
1 teaspoon chili flakes
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon dried cilantro

Pour water and cream within the cooker. Add beef and salt. Close the lid and cook the meal on High-pressure mode for a half-hour. Then allow natural pressure release for ten mins. Open the lid and shred the meat using the aid in the fork. Add butter, tomato paste, chili flakes, turmeric, and dried cilantro. Mix it down. Sprinkle the pulled meat with grated cheese and stir gently. Let the cheese melt. Transfer the cooked pulled beef inside serving bowls.
