Stuffed Chicken Breast

Ingredients :
1 cup basil
3 ounces dry tomatoes
1 pound chicken white meat
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
3 ounces dill
1 teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon ground coriander
½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
​2 tablespoons fresh freshly squeezed lemon juice
¼ cup sour cream

Directions:  
Wash the basil and chop it. Chop the dried tomatoes. Combine the chopped ingredients together in a very mixing bowl and sprinkle with each of the paprika and ground ginger and stir well. Pound the chicken breast which has a meat mallet to flatten them. Rub the chicken with each of the dill, salt, ground coriander, red pepper cayenne, and fresh lemon juice. Fill the chicken white meat with the chopped basil mixture. Set pressure cooker to ”Steam” mode. Spray the strain cooker while using extra virgin olive oil. Spread the stuffed chicken white meat with all the sour cream. Close the chicken breasts with toothpicks make them inside stress cooker. Close pressure cooker lid and cook for twenty or so minutes. When the cooking time ends, open the pressure cooker lid and eliminate the chicken white meat. Remove the toothpicks, slice the stuffed chicken, and serve.
