Baked Avocado



Prep time: quarter-hour |Cooking time: 10 minutes |Servings: 2

Ingredients:
1 avocado, halved ​
2 eggs
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
​1 teaspoon butter

Directions:  
Beat the eggs inside avocado halves, sprinkle with ground black pepper. Then add butter. Add 1 cup of water within the cooker. Transfer the avocado halves for that trivet inside Ninja Pressure cooker and close the lid. Cook the breakfast for ten mins on High-pressure mode. Then allow natural pressure release for ten mins.
