Aromatic Whole Chicken

Ingredients :
​2 pounds whole chicken
1 tablespoon salt
​1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 tablespoon organic organic olive oil
1 teaspoon butter
1 teaspoon fresh rosemary
1 lemon
1 tablespoon sugar
1 cup of water
1 teaspoon coriander
½ teaspoon red pepper cayenne
¼ teaspoon turmeric

Wash the chicken thoroughly, detaching the neck and gizzards if still from the cavity. Combine the salt, ground black pepper, fresh rosemary, sugar, coriander, red pepper cayenne, and turmeric together inside mixing bowl and stir. Rub the chicken while using spice mixture. Wash the red apples and chop them, detaching the cores. Combine the chopped apples with each of the butter and stuff the chicken using the fruit mixture. Sprinkle the chicken while using extra virgin organic olive oil. Set pressure cooker to ”Pressure” mode. Pour water to the stress cooker and put the stuffed whole chicken. Close the lid and cook for the half-hour. When the cooking time ends,release the rest of the pressure and open the load cooker lid. Remove the chicken from the stress cooker and let it rest. Cut the chicken into pieces and serve.
